Our creative department is here to help capture your team’s unique personality. We will assist you throughout the design process and create a unique, innovative design inspired by your vision. Whether you have production-ready artwork or are just getting started, we will get to the finish line together.
A great way to start the process is to download the product templates, which you will find on each product page. If you have design software, you can use these templates to create your digital design file or print out the product templates and start creating them by hand. Alternatively, please send us your thoughts, examples, and even links to some ideas you like so our talented artists have a basis for helping you create the perfect design. Please include any photos, images, or files we will need that you believe will be helpful.
We have tailor-built print profiles allowing us to fine-tune our colors to be the deepest and darkest in the industry, all while offering unlimited color possibilities. However, we suggest you start with our Verge Sport color palette, featuring our most popular and frequently used colors. Rest assured, if you have a unique color need, we will create a custom color for you at no cost. Please provide us with a reference point, such as a Pantone color number or a physical sample, so that we can match it.
Verge color palettes transferred onto physical fabrics are available upon request making it simple to choose the best color selections for your design. In addition to printed colors, you can select the color of other product details, such as flatlock stitching and zippers. We are also happy to create a sample of any custom colors used in your design.
We use exact color values during printing; however, we maintain physical control samples from your approved design. While producing your garments, our quality control team confirms the LAB values using a spectrophotometer, ensuring an exact match.
If you have prepared your design electronically, the easiest way to submit it is by emailing your sales contact. We prepare your production-ready design files using Adobe Illustrator, our preferred format. However, we can accept other vector format files as well. If vector format files are unavailable, we can also take raster (bitmap) files if the quality is acceptable for production.
Acceptable raster files for production are at least 150 dpi when sized to fit your design and saved with a transparent background. Many other factors can influence the quality of the file, and since our goal is to produce the highest print quality, we are happy to review your files and check if they are of high enough quality.
Images and files taken from the internet are usually low resolution and not acceptable for production. If it is a sponsor's logo, you should contact them directly and request a vector version. Most sponsors and businesses have a vector version of their logo available, and by providing it to us, you ensure the best representation of their brand in your design.
