John Dempsey from Clonmel, Co. Tipperary in Ireland represents Verge in the UK and Ireland. 

John is a life long cyclist growing up when Ireland had the top two cyclists in the world in Sean Kelly and Stephen Roche. John raced for a number of seasons in France he is also a former Irish International and rode as a professional for 2 seasons with the Murphy and Gunn team. John still competes domestically and is trying to find the time to train with a young family to make the time cut in the Tour of Ireland (the Rás) or not get lapped in local cyclo cross races
